The latest gizmo from Nintendo, the Wii Jog allows you to get the benefits of jogging without leaving the house.
Connect the jog to your existing Wii game controller and every time that you run a step the in-built sensors will move your on-screen character in tandem. The Jog is compatible with 100′s of existing Nintendo games and adds the benefit of exercise to your game playing exploits. The Wii Jog will even count how many steps you’ve taken and measure how many calories you’ve burnt off.
According to Nintendo an hour’s gaming can generate 7,500 steps of the daily recommended 10,000 and burn about 225kcal. The Wii Jog is an ideal gift for a gamer enthusiast who’s reluctant to join the local gym.
